I hereby consent to Pan German Universal Motors Ltd. and its affiliates collecting, processing, and using my personal data, directly or indirectly, for the purposes and within the scope specified below, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and subject to appropriate personal data protection measures.

Such activities include, without limitation, verifying my identity using the personal data I provide, contacting me, providing services and information relating to the Company, its affiliates, or business partners, conducting telephone surveys, and performing statistical analyses.

The personal data provided may include my name, telephone number, email address, vehicle registration information, and any other information that may be used to directly or indirectly identify me.

3. Period, Territory, Recipients, and Methods of Use
Period: Until the date on which I request that the relevant party erase, cease processing, or cease using my personal data, or until the expiration of the retention period required for the Company’s business operations, whichever occurs earlier.
Territory: The territories in which the Company and its affiliates conduct business operations.
Recipients: Pan German Universal Motors Ltd., its branches, subsidiaries and other affiliates, as well as other organizations with which it maintains business relationships or cooperative arrangements.
Methods: By telephone, text message, email, paper-based communication, or other appropriate means.

The Company may charge a fee to cover the necessary costs associated with inquiries, requests for access, or requests for copies. Pan German Universal Motors Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage to my rights or interests resulting from my exercise of the foregoing rights.

5. Consequences of Declining to Provide Personal Data
I understand that I am free to decide whether to provide my personal data. However, if I decline to provide such data, the Company may be unable to provide me with complete customer services.
